1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the m99myr platform, including all gaming services, sports betting, live casino, promotional offers, and any related features made available through the website located at https://m99myr.cam ("the Platform", "the Site"). The Platform is operated by m99myr ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").

By registering an account on m99myr, logging into an existing account, or using any service offered through the Platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and m99myr.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on the m99myr Platform, through which all gaming and financial activity is conducted.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other non-cash incentive credited to an Account under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by m99myr to confirm a player's identity, age, and source of funds before certain account actions are permitted.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency in which all m99myr Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated.
• "Platform" means the m99myr website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software or services made available by the Operator.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a valid Account on the Platform and is authorised to use m99myr services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3. Account Eligibility

Use of the m99myr Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 21 years of age. m99myr operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or any other legal entity.
• You do not currently hold any other active or suspended m99myr Account. Each person is entitled to one Account only.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from m99myr or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under any form of coercion or undue influence.

m99myr reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above eligibility conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

4. Account Registration

To access the services offered on the m99myr Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the m99myr Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

m99myr offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to account verification requirements before being credited.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Real-money funds are wagered first unless the Platform specifies otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• m99myr reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds already credited and in active play at the time of cancellation will be honoured subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including, but not limited to, the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the m99myr Platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform.

• Bets placed and accepted by the Platform's system are final. Once a game round commences, wagers cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game round, m99myr reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's Account balance.
• Where a discrepancy exists between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on m99myr's servers, the server record shall be considered definitive.
• Players may not use any automated software, artificial intelligence tools, bots, or scripts to participate in games or place bets on the Platform.
• All sports betting markets and odds are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market type. Pre-match odds are subject to change until the event commences. In-play odds are subject to suspension at any time.
• m99myr reserves the right to limit the maximum bet or maximum win applicable to any game, event, or market at its sole discretion.

8. Responsible Gambling

m99myr is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable leisure activity for the majority of players, can become harmful for some individuals. The following provisions form part of our responsible gambling framework.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once a limit is set and confirmed, it takes immediate effect. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Players may request a temporary break from gambling ("cooling-off period") for any duration between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, the Account will be restricted from all wagering activity.
• Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.
• m99myr strictly prohibits the registration and use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the m99myr Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances.

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using software, tools, or methods designed to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring Account access to any third party.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform's infrastructure.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any element of the Platform's software or content.
• Circumventing self-exclusion or cooling-off restrictions by registering a new account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the m99myr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software code, and user interface design — is the proprietary property of m99myr or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of m99myr.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m99myr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

m99myr does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service disruptions (including payment gateway outages) may affect Platform availability. m99myr will use reasonable endeavours to minimise such disruptions and to notify players in advance where possible.

In no event shall m99myr's total liability to any player exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time.

13. Amendments to Terms

m99myr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, m99myr will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — which may include a notice displayed on the Platform, an email notification, or both.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Clause 12.1.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as notified to players from time to time.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
